The annual cost of a senior designer can be $100,000+ with benefits. Plus, you might not always have enough work for them, thus wasting money. With our monthly subscription plan, pause and resume anytime, paying only when work is available.

The amount of requests you can make is technically unlimited (as long as you stay with DesignTap), though requests will be worked on and delivered one at a time. The average turnaround for a request is 3 working days.

Note: Complex tasks which might take longer are split into transparent 3-day sprints when necessary.

Most projects will be delivered within 3 working days. Large projects (such as a full website redesign) will be broken down into smaller chunks that can be delivered in 72 hour sprints.

Rest assured, we care about your satisfaction and feedback. We'll keep refining the design until you're completely content.

Revisions are treated just like regular requests. If you are unsatisfied with the initial request for whatever reason, simply resubmit your request with all the necessary feedback and we will make updates until you are 100% satisfied.

With our subscriptions you can pause when the work is done and resume at a later date when you have more design requests. No need to waste any remaining subscription time.

With our subscription plans, you can pause at anytime and bank your remaining days. This means that if you have any time left on your subscription you can come back to it at a later date and source more work from us when you need it.

DesignTap is a solo enterprise, this assures you of consistent work quality. If any requests fall outside of our scope of work such as 3D animation, we will consult with you and outsource as necessary.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, refunds are not offered. We provide top-notch work with unlimited revisions designed to meet your satisfaction.
